Payment and shipping

The delivery takes place within Germany and the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Czech Republic, France, Great Britain, Italy, Slovenia, Poland, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Great Britain, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, UAE, Thailand

Deliveries within Germany:

We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value):

- Value of goods up to 199,99 € = 6,99 €

From an order value of 200.00 € we deliver free shipping.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad by weight nad delivery-zones:

• EU-Memberstates Zone 1:             Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic
• non EU-Memberstates  Zone 1:    Lichtenstein, Switzerland

Delivery times

As far as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in Germany within 1 - 4 days, with foreign deliveries within 2 - 7 days after contract conclusion (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment order).

Note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case after the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:

- Prepayment by bank transfer

- Payment via PayPal plus 3,5% of the gross value of goods

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:
